For buyers
Does it cost anything to use FirmsLedger?
No. Searching, browsing company pages and sending a quote request are all free. You don’t need an account to send a request.
How do I find a manufacturer?
Click Find Manufacturers at the top of any page. Pick the type of work you need, such as metal fabrication or electronics, or pick your state. You can also type what you need into the search box on the home page.
How do I contact a company or get a price?
Open the company’s page and fill in the Request a Quote form with your name, email and what you need. Your request is sent through FirmsLedger.
How are companies ordered on a list?
By rating, highest first. Companies with the same rating always appear in the same fixed order.
For manufacturers
Is it free to list my company?
Yes. A basic listing is free and needs no credit card.
How do I add my company?
Fill in the short form on List Your Company. Only your company name and email are required. Your listing goes live once our team has added it, usually within 4 hours during support hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern).
My company is already listed. How do I take it over?
Sign in or create a free account, then open Claim your listing and find your company. Our team approves each claim before you can edit the listing. Each company can have one owner.
How do I change my company’s details?
Once your claim is approved, sign in and go to Your Dashboard. There you can edit your description, address, phone, website, contact email, LinkedIn, number of employees, certifications, products, industries and capabilities.
How do I remove my listing?
Send us a message through the contact form and our team will remove it.

How do I sign in?
Click Sign in at the top right of any page (on a phone, tap Menu first) and enter your email and password. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one on the same page.
How do I reach a real person?
Use our contact form. We reply within 4 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.
