About A1 Graphic & Lettering
A1 Graphic & Lettering operates from a 2,500-square-foot shop on the outskirts of Georgetown, Delaware. The family-owned business was founded in 2010 by Vic Thomas, who serves as owner and graphic designer, and his wife Sharon Thomas, who oversees embroidery production. What began as a mom-and-pop venture has grown into a local staple for custom apparel and signage. The company specializes in custom T-shirt printing, embroidery, sign fabrication, and direct-to-film (DTF) gang sheet production. Its in-house design team prepares artwork for each order, while the production floor handles everything from single-item personalization to bulk team uniforms. The 2,500-square-foot facility houses printing, embroidery, and sign-making equipment, though specific machine models are not disclosed. A1 Graphic & Lettering serves youth sports organizations, small businesses, and vehicle owners in the Georgetown area. The shop has produced uniforms for a local little league since 2010, embroidered performance polos for a grill restaurant, and applied vinyl lettering to a commercial truck. Its customer base also includes groups seeking promotional items such as branded apparel. The founders emphasize a commitment to perfection on every job, promising competitive shipping rates and a standard delivery window of 20 business days.
