About August Packaging
August Packaging was founded in 1987 in St. Louis, Missouri, and has operated continuously from its headquarters on Hoffmeister Avenue. The company began as a local packaging supplier and grew into a national partner through a network of third‑party logistics facilities. The firm provides end‑to‑end packaging services, including custom structural and graphic design, prototype development, package testing and certification, automation integration (pallet unitizing, case sealing, full‑line automation), vendor‑managed inventory programs, and sustainability consulting. It produces custom corrugated containers, flexible packaging, and barrier films for food and industrial applications, handling projects from concept through production. August Packaging serves customers in e‑commerce and third‑party logistics, manufacturing and industrial sectors, food and beverage, retail and consumer goods, and healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Its multi‑location programs and stocking programs support businesses with distributed operations across the United States. The company emphasizes a full‑service partnership model, positioning itself as an extension of the client’s team rather than a transactional vendor. Its stated mission is to deliver innovative packaging solutions while building lasting partnerships based on trust, quality, and exceptional service, guided by values of integrity, innovation, quality, and partnership.
