About Bare Wood Furniture Center
Bare Wood Furniture Center opened in 2007 in Carencro, Louisiana, as a family-owned retailer of solid wood furniture. Founders Dennis and Natalie built the business to serve the greater Acadiana area, later joined by their daughter and son to meet growing demand. The showroom sits off I-49 at Exit 7 between Carencro and Sunset. Unlike many furniture stores, Bare Wood allows customers to take purchased pieces home the same day, eliminating wait times for special orders. The inventory spans a range of styles and sizes, all priced to remain affordable year-round. The retailer serves residential customers across the Acadiana region, focusing on households seeking durable, heirloom-quality furnishings. Its customer base includes repeat buyers who return for additional pieces and referrals, reflecting the company's emphasis on long-term relationships. The business was founded on the belief that high-quality solid wood furniture should be accessible and lasting. The family highlights its commitment to customer satisfaction through a guarantee that extends beyond the sale, offering support for repairs or issues after delivery.
