About Bear Packaging & Supply Inc
Bear Packaging & Supply Inc began in 1967 in Warren, Michigan, as the Bland Company. The business adopted the Bear Claw Bags trademark and relocated manufacturing to Mt. All operations consolidated in Mt. Pleasant by 1994. In 2002, Triple Threat Inc acquired the company, which continues to operate from its Mt. Pleasant facility. The company produces plastic bags including trash bags (16, 30, and 55 gallon), animal feed bags, and custom table covers in multiple colors and sizes. With four converting lines and large material inventory on hand, Bear Packaging can produce custom-sized bags within one to two business days with low minimum orders. Bags are made to a 2-mil thick, super heavy-duty standard. The company serves customers across Michigan, supplying waste management firms, agricultural operations needing feed bags, and event planners requiring custom table coverings for parties and weddings. Bear Packaging emphasizes manufacturing to a quality standard rather than a price point, with guiding principles of quality, service, and value. The company highlights quick turnaround on custom orders and low minimums as key differentiators.
