About Central Laundry Equipment
Central Laundry Equipment was founded in 1985 in Ward, Arkansas, by Pat and Richard Bradshaw after Richard retired from the U.S. Air Force. The business began in the couple’s living room, moved to a two‑car garage, and now operates from an 18,000‑square‑foot warehouse and office facility. The firm acts as an authorized distributor for commercial laundry equipment lines including UniMac, Huebsch, Speed Queen, and American Dish Service, as well as Ecolab chemicals. It provides equipment sales, factory‑certified service, a parts department that ships genuine OEM parts within 24 hours, laundry‑room layout and design consulting at no extra charge, lease and rental programs, and on‑site or online resident training. The operation employs over 20 people across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Customers span hotels, healthcare facilities, correctional institutions, athletic centers, multi‑housing properties, RV parks, truck stops, coin‑operated laundries, fire departments, veterinary clinics, schools, industrial laundries, and linen‑processing plants throughout an eight‑state territory covering Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, Texas, and Louisiana. The company says its growth is built on personal customer service and value‑added solutions, highlighted by 24/7 live phone support, fully stocked service vehicles, and a commitment to rapid parts fulfillment.
