About Classic Metal Craft
Classic Metal Craft, Inc. has operated from St. Louis, Missouri since 1989. It began as a specialist in ornamental ironwork, building a reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction over more than three decades. The firm produces custom ornamental ironwork ranging from standard wrought-iron fencing and handrails to hand-forged decorative pieces. Its in-house capabilities include custom fabrication of balconies, juliet balconies, drive gates, portico entrance gates, farm entrance gates, spiral stairs, custom table bases, and integrated exterior lighting. A showroom and production facility at 1315 S. Vandeventer houses experienced craftsmen who handle welding, forging, laser cutting, and CAD-based design visualization. Classic Metal Craft serves residential homeowners, architects, and commercial contractors throughout the St. Louis region. Recent projects include a modern drive gate for a Clayton home, a farm entrance gate matching an existing wood fence, a six-foot-diameter spiral stair with laser-cut treads for a West County residence, and a custom iron table base supporting a 250-pound solid wood top in a kitchenette. The company also works on commercial installations, providing CAD drawings for project visualization. The Zadrozinski family emphasizes employee loyalty and continuous investment in technology as differentiators. Craftsmen often stay with the company for years, and the firm uses CAD to bring client visions to reality before fabrication begins. Quality and craftsmanship are cited as the hallmarks of its success, with a focus on matching existing architectural details and meeting strict design constraints such as maximum opening sizes for pet safety.
