About Colorado Electric Corp
Colorado Electric Corp is headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, and was founded in 2006 by Dan, a licensed electrician with two decades of field experience. The firm specializes in high-impact electrical upgrades, including main panel upgrades and replacements, Level 2 EV charger installations, SPAN smart panel systems, and whole-building electrification. Its crews handle complete wiring for new construction, remodels, and dedicated equipment circuits for single-family homes, multi-dwelling units, and commercial buildings. With over 20 years of experience in West Denver and Jefferson County, the team provides end-to-end electrical scope from service calls to complex multi-unit installations. Customers range from homeowners preparing for electrification to property managers of multi-family complexes and general contractors seeking a reliable electrical partner. The company also works closely with local plumbing and HVAC contractors who rely on its code-compliant connections for their own projects. Every technician sent to a job site holds an individual state license and insurance coverage. Colorado Electric Corp distinguishes itself through a set of operating principles: no upselling, a commitment to getting the job right the first time, and transparent, upfront estimates often provided by phone or photo review. As a SPAN Certified Installer, the team helps clients access utility rebates and federal tax incentives for qualifying upgrades. All installations are backed by a three-year workmanship warranty, reflecting the founder’s emphasis on clear communication and lasting craftsmanship.
