ESOCI provides printed circuit board assembly services covering through-hole, surface-mount, and mixed-technology processes. The shop handles prototype builds—either by hand or on a dedicated prototype line—through full production runs, with high-speed Juki placement lines capable of 60,000 components per hour. It offers both turnkey and consigned-material programs, supported by an MRP system, and adds value through box-build unit assembly, cable and harness integration, and design services including circuit layout. The facility also houses aqueous cleaning, wave soldering, and automated optical and X-ray inspection equipment.
