About Everlast Energy & Roofing
Everlast Energy & Roofing was founded in 2022 in Manchester, Connecticut, by stepbrothers Josh Jackson and Alex Ciccio. What began in a small basement has grown into a local team of over 40 professionals. The company provides a full suite of roofing and solar services for residential and commercial customers. Roofing work includes full tear-off replacements, repairs, commercial flat-roof systems (TPO, rubber), storm-damage restoration, inspections, and ventilation upgrades. Solar offerings cover custom residential and commercial installations, removal and reinstallation, repair and maintenance, battery storage, and EV charger installation. The team has completed more than 800 projects and serves over 1,200 homeowners across Connecticut. Everlast serves Connecticut homeowners and businesses, with a focus on residential roofing and solar as well as commercial roofing systems. The company is the sole solar partner of the UConn Huskies and one of two vetted roofing providers for the university, a partnership it cites as validation of its quality. It also handles insurance-backed storm repairs for hail, wind, and nor’easter damage. The founders started Everlast to give Connecticut families a company they could rely on for both roofing and solar, emphasizing transparent pricing, clear communication, and a 25-year transferable workmanship warranty on roof replacements. The company promotes a “one-day installation” model for solar and a five-step process designed to minimize disruption.
