About Foliot Furniture
The company is now headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, and operates three manufacturing facilities across the United States and Canada. A 2020 investment from private equity firm Novacap supports its continued expansion. The company designs, engineers, and manufactures commercial furniture in-house for high-use environments including student housing, hospitality, community living, government, staff housing, and maritime sectors. Its vertically integrated operation spans a 309,000-square-foot factory in Las Vegas, a 40,000-square-foot facility in Canada, and a newer Canadian plant producing laminate panels. With a workforce of over 630 people, Foliot has delivered furniture for more than 1.25 million rooms across North America. Clients include universities such as Savannah College of Art and Design and Cornell University, hospitality brands like Hilton and LivSmart Studios, and organizations including WestCare, UNLV/Mojave Counseling, and Spacesaver Interiors. The firm's portfolio covers large-scale projects for educational housing, government facilities, and community living developments. Foliot emphasizes vertical integration to ensure quality control, cost efficiency, and streamlined operations from material sourcing to final installation. Since 2019, it has reduced recordable workplace injuries by nearly 80 percent, and in 2024 deployed 17 collaborative robots across its facilities. The company cites its mission to provide a harmonious environment for clients, employees, and the community as a founding principle.
