About Global Cable Inc

Global Cable, Inc. was founded in 1998 as a privately held corporation headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with a Mountain Division based in Carbondale. The company traces its roots to the early telecommunications cabling industry and has expanded alongside advances in fiber, data, security, and network technologies. President Mitch Heller brought 30 years of experience from Anixter and manufacturer representation for brands such as Siemon, Ortronics, and Berk-Tek before joining Global Cable to lead sales, estimating, and business development. The firm provides end-to-end structured cabling and low-voltage installation services across Colorado's Front Range and mountain communities. Its technicians handle copper cabling (CAT5E, CAT6, CAT6A, coaxial, high-pair count) and fiber optic systems (single-mode and multimode OM3/OM4/OM5), including termination, splicing, testing, and certification. They also build out IT spaces—MDFs, IDFs, and data centers—with cable runway, wire basket tray, grounding, and bonding. Additional offerings cover overhead paging systems (Bogen, Valcom, Crown Audio, Atlas Sound) and Verkada-based CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection cabling. The company reports serving more than 1,000 clients since inception. Global Cable works with corporate end users, value-added resellers, educational institutions, municipalities, electrical and general contractors, healthcare facilities, and hospitality operators. Projects span offices, manufacturing floors, warehouses, government sites, distribution centers, conference centers, and classrooms, both in new construction and renovation. The company emphasizes dependable, high-quality telecommunications solutions built on performance, value, craftsmanship, and long-term reliability. Leadership highlights objective appraisal of current and future infrastructure needs, with dedicated regional teams providing hands-on service and local knowledge across diverse Colorado terrain.
