About Green Heron Solar
The company designs and installs a range of photovoltaic systems: rooftop and ground-mount residential arrays, grid-tied net-metering setups, fully off-grid installations, plug-in balcony units for renters, and community-solar subscriptions. It also outfits RVs and campers with mobile solar kits and takes on both small and large projects, handling everything from initial estimates to final commissioning. Customers include homeowners seeking rooftop or ground-mount systems, renters interested in plug-in solar, off-grid property owners, RV and camper enthusiasts, and participants in community-solar programs. Beckwith works directly with each client, often across state lines, providing consultation, system sizing, and installation oversight. Beckwith emphasizes his decades of field experience and willingness to tackle any solar configuration as the core differentiators. The business was started to make solar accessible and cost-saving for a broad audience, from suburban households to mobile lifestyles, without requiring customers to navigate complex incentives or technical details alone.
