About KB Solar Manufacturer - Wholesaler - Distributor

KB Solar operates from Spartanburg, South Carolina, where brothers Ivan and Alex Karastanov founded the company as a family-owned venture. The name KB stands for Karastanov Brothers, reflecting the family-driven values that underpin the business. Growing up with a deep appreciation for technology and the environment, the brothers combined their expertise to create a company focused on producing high-quality, locally-made solar panels that stand out in performance and reliability. The company manufactures high-efficiency solar panels at its state-of-the-art facility, leveraging cutting-edge technology and rigorous quality control processes. Beyond panel production, KB Solar functions as an electrical contractor and solar installer, offering custom solar solutions for residential and commercial projects. The operation emphasizes strict manufacturing practices and the use of premium materials to ensure durability and efficiency in every product. KB Solar serves homeowners, business owners, and dealers across the solar energy, residential construction, and commercial construction sectors. Testimonials highlight a business owner who reduced energy costs through a custom solution, a dealer from Practical Preppers who values the company's triple role as panel manufacturer, electrical contractor, and installer, and a residential customer experiencing monthly savings on electric bills. The company differentiates itself through local manufacturing that supports the South Carolina economy, USA-made quality standards, and a personalized service model where clients work with a single dedicated representative from consultation through post-installation support. The brothers' hands-on approach and commitment to sustainability are reflected in quick turnaround times, expedited delivery, and a mission to make sustainable energy more accessible and affordable.
