About Kellogg Auto Supply
Poorman Auto Supply traces its roots to 1929, when it opened as Kansas Rebabbitting on Wichita Street in Wichita, Kansas. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, the company operates under the Poorman name from its headquarters The business functions as a full-line automotive parts distributor, stocking original equipment and aftermarket components, tools, accessories, and shop equipment. It maintains seven locations — four in Wichita plus outlets in Hutchinson, Salina, and Wellington — and runs a fleet of more than 30 delivery vehicles to serve wholesale and retail customers across central Kansas. Employees collectively hold over 500 years of automotive experience, and the organization is structured into specialized divisions for different buyer types. Customers include independent service centers, commercial fleets, automotive repair shops, car dealerships, industrial facilities, and do-it-yourself enthusiasts. Poorman is an authorized distributor for major original-equipment lines such as ACDelco, Motorcraft, Mopar, Auto 7, Denso, and Bosch, emphasizing broad product availability to compete with national chains. The company credits its longevity to local ownership, a large delivery fleet, and deep inventory across OE brands, which together have helped it retain a loyal customer base despite competition from larger national retailers.
