About New Earth Solar
New Earth Solar, based in Newark, Delaware, was founded by Davis Pfund, a BPI Certified Home Energy Auditor with over 13 years of experience in green energy programs and renewable energy incentives. Pfund grew up working for his family's energy efficiency business, Zerodraft Maryland, which partnered with utility companies across the mid-Atlantic. He launched the New Earth Solar Team (NEST) to deliver a holistic approach to renewable energy, focusing on custom whole-home solutions with battery backup protection. The company brokers solar and energy efficiency solutions nationwide, partnering with brands such as Tesla, Enphase, SolarEdge, Franklin WH, REC, and QCell for panels, inverters, and batteries. It also offers EV charger and smart panel installations, flexible financing with $0 down options, and guidance on tax credits and incentives. The firm serves homeowners, business owners, and multi-family property managers seeking residential, commercial, and multi-family solar installations, as well as energy efficiency upgrades. Its consultant-led process begins with an energy bill review, followed by a discovery call, a custom proposal, plan selection, and installation management. New Earth Solar emphasizes authenticity, integrity, and transparency, aiming to help clients achieve energy independence and financial savings while supporting environmental causes. Through its Powur partnership, the company offers a 30-year warranty covering roof penetrations, inverters, and panels, and directs a portion of each installation toward Amazon rainforest preservation.
