All production occurs under one roof: design engineering, coil winding (barrel, disc, and block coils with wire and foil), vacuum-pressure impregnation varnish systems, miter and butt-lap core cutting, core-and-coil assembly, sheet-metal enclosure fabrication on CNC shear/punch/form equipment, structural base and clamp fabrication, powder-coat painting, encapsulation with polyester resin and silica sand, bus-bar fabrication in aluminum or copper, and final assembly with interrupter switches and tap changers. A Bystronic 4 kW fiber laser with automated material loading and unloading handles enclosure cutting. On October 28, 2019, Olsun earned WBENC National Women's Business Enterprise Certification, confirming at least 51% women ownership and control.
