About Packaging Support Group
Packaging Support Group (PSG) operates from Jonesboro, Arkansas, where it runs a packaging distribution business from a facility on West Johnson Avenue. The company does not disclose its founding year or ownership structure, but its website describes a mission to become “a new kind of packaging company” that handles every piece of the packaging puzzle so customers can get products ready for the shelf. PSG stocks and supplies a wide range of packaging components—glass bottles and jars, plastic containers (PET, HDPE), metal and plastic closures, and industrial containers. It also offers global procurement and warehousing services, managing inventory for clients through an e‑commerce platform that lists hundreds of SKUs organized into collections such as the Stout Family, candle jars, honey containers, and food‑grade pails. The distributor serves makers of candles, honey, food and beverage products, and general industrial packagers. PSG positions itself as a “Distributor for the Modern World,” emphasizing a one‑stop approach that combines product sourcing, stock availability, and logistics support rather than selling a single packaging category.
