The company opened its first manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters in Mooresville in 2000, then expanded to three additional plants: North Little Rock, Arkansas (2010); Cartersville, Georgia (2017); and Chester, Virginia (2020). Polytec manufactures a full line of water treatment chemicals, including dry polymers, NSF-approved alkali slurry products for pH and alkalinity control, and the PolyBac® line of bacterial and enzymatic formulations. It also operates as an OEM, fabricating, repairing, and servicing equipment such as pumps, mixers, and complete whitewater systems. Automation offerings include the proprietary Integrated Chemical Control (PICC) system, automatic batching and purging units, and SCADA integration.
