Protoline Inc. was founded in 1987 by Paresh Jasani and Hitesh Jasani in Houston, Texas. The minority-owned company began after the founders gained experience in the printed circuit board manufacturing business. The company operates a 20,000-square-foot facility certified to ISO 9001:2008, UL 94 V-0, and ITAR, capable of processing more than 1,000 18-by-24-inch panels per day. It produces single-sided, double-sided, and multilayer boards up to 20 layers, using substrates such as FR-4, FR-5, polyimide, and Teflon. Services include PCB layout and design, ECAD, design-for-manufacturability review, through-hole and surface-mount assembly, rigid-flex and flexible circuits, electrical testing, and full turnkey contract manufacturing with wire harness and box-build options. Quick-turn orders can ship in one to ten days, while standard lead time is about three weeks.
