About R&E Supply
R&E Supply traces its roots to 1928 when Kansas State graduate Carl Miller Sr. arrived in Little Rock, Arkansas, to lead GE appliance expansion for the O'Bannon brothers. By the 1940s he had opened Refrigeration Supply Co., which became Refrigeration and Electric Supply Company after a post-war relocation to The business remains family-owned, passing from Carl Sr. to his sons Carl Jr. The company operates eight fully stocked branches across Arkansas — in Little Rock, Conway, Fort Smith, Hot Springs, Jonesboro, Pine Bluff, Russellville, and Searcy — carrying over 10,000 HVACR items from major manufacturers. R&E serves HVACR contractors throughout Arkansas, supplying equipment and parts for commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation projects. Customers range from independent service technicians to large mechanical contractors who rely on the distributor's technical support and product selection guidance. Leadership emphasizes four core values — integrity, excellence, communication, and relationships — as extensions of the founder's original vision. The firm differentiates itself through contractor-focused education, same-day local availability from multiple branches, and a consultative approach that aims to maximize customer productivity on every job.
