Solar Power Pros

About Solar Power Pros

Solar Power Pros is a veteran-owned solar installation and service company based in Centennial, Colorado. Founded in 2013 by a U.S. Air Force veteran, the company opened its doors with the goal of becoming a partner for Coloradans transitioning to clean, affordable solar energy. From its Centennial office, the firm serves the Front Range corridor, including Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs. The company provides turnkey solar solutions for residential and commercial customers, handling site assessment, custom system design, installation, and ongoing maintenance entirely with its own W-2 employees—no subcontractors. Core services include rooftop solar panel installation, battery storage integration (Tesla Powerwall 3, Enphase IQ Battery, FranklinWH), EV charger installation, and a dedicated service department that performs inspections, cleaning, repairs, panel removal and reinstallation, and annual maintenance plans. Since 2013, the team has completed thousands of installations across the Front Range and also supports orphaned systems left by defunct installers. Solar Power Pros works with homeowners, businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities throughout Colorado. The company helps commercial clients and public-sector entities leverage incentives such as the Federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and navigate utility-specific rate structures from providers like Xcel Energy, CORE Electric Cooperative, and United Power. Residential customers receive custom-designed systems sized for current usage and future electrification needs, including EV charging and home battery backup. The firm distinguishes itself through its veteran-founded culture—emphasizing Respect, Integrity, Service, and Drive—and its in-house workforce model, which ensures consistent quality and long-term accountability. Recognition includes being named EnergySage Installer of the Year in Colorado for two consecutive years, and membership in the Amicus Solar Collaborative, a national network of independent solar companies. A satellite-based roof survey tool allows the company to deliver preliminary estimates in seconds.
