About Space Tables Inc
Space Tables Inc. operates from Maple Grove, Minnesota, where it was founded in 1976 as a family‑owned business. Its origin traces to 1977, when the firm developed one of the first wheelchair‑accessible patio tables after a customer suggested focusing on the healthcare market. The company manufactures indoor and outdoor dining tables for senior living communities, assisted‑living facilities, restaurants, and private residences. Its product lines include the Orlando, Sanibel, Vegas, and Cheyenne collections, each customizable with a range of finishes. Production capabilities cover steel column fabrication, stamped steel legs, zinc undercoating, and outdoor‑grade powder coating, allowing tables to withstand heavy institutional use. Primary customers are operators of senior housing, skilled‑nursing centers, and hospitality venues. Testimonials on the company’s site reference nursing‑home residents, caregivers, and restaurant owners who value the tables’ adjustable height and durability. The firm also serves residential buyers seeking accessible furniture. Space Tables says its mission is to create innovative products that help residents live with independence.
