About Spice World Inc
Spice World Inc was founded in 1949 in Orlando, Florida, by Andy "Pops" Caneza, who wanted to make fresh garlic flavor available year‑round. The company began with a focus on sourcing the freshest garlic and has maintained that commitment for over 75 years. Today Spice World processes and packages a range of fresh‑flavor products including peeled and ready‑to‑use garlic, squeezable ginger, minced and chopped onion (sold as Easy Onion), fresh shallots, seasoning blends, and pesto. The operation follows a "follow the sun" sourcing model to secure consistent quality and availability, and it packages its output in convenient jars and squeezable bottles for both retail and food‑service channels. The brand serves home cooks, professional chefs, and institutional partners; its community of chefs contributes recipes, and it holds a promotional partnership with the Orlando City and Orlando Pride soccer teams to develop co‑branded recipes. The founder's original goal — sharing flavor without seasonal limits — still drives the company's emphasis on convenience, quality, and innovation, summed up in its "Flavor Without Boundaries" philosophy.
