About Susquehanna Valley Woodcrafters, Inc.
Susquehanna Valley Woodcrafters, Inc. operates from Salunga in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The company was founded in 1998 by Jose Gonzalez, Rick Boyer, and Dave Gonzalez, who brought a combined 56 years of experience designing and running engineering and manufacturing systems, including 35 years focused on the kitchen, bath, and furniture component industry. The founders identified a market gap for reliable customer service and consistent on-time delivery of custom-sized drawers, which became the basis for the business. The company specializes in manufacturing custom dovetail drawers, specialty custom drawers, and custom-size drawer box inserts. All products are built using environmentally friendly materials that meet green project requirements. A laser logo engraving service allows customers to add company or dealer logos to drawer boxes. Production follows strict manufacturing schedules designed to guarantee delivery dates, with the company committing to communicate upfront if a requested date cannot be met. Susquehanna Valley Woodcrafters serves tradesmen, woodworkers, cabinetmakers, and cabinet manufacturers across the Northeastern, Southern, and Midwestern United States. The business was started because the founders believed the marketplace was starved for customer service. Their stated vision is to become the industry's most sought-after custom dovetail drawer manufacturer through a four-fold approach: manufacture high-quality custom drawers, deliver on time, build long-term relationships, and provide unmatched service. The company emphasizes that good service means reliably delivering high-quality drawers on time, as promised.
