Technical & Assembly Services Corporation (TASC) was founded in 1991 by Richard Hirst, a U.S. Air Force veteran, in Seattle, Washington. The veteran-owned company grew from Hirst’s career spanning every phase of electronics manufacturing, from consumer innovations such as electronic chess games and automated apple-labeling machines to mission-critical systems like the emergency oxygen mask lighting for the Boeing 777. TASC provides full-service electronics manufacturing and assembly, including printed circuit board assembly, cable and wire harness assembly, full electronic equipment box builds, prototypes, design and development, testing, troubleshooting, repair, rework, transformer/toroid/coil winding, and potting and conformal coating.
