About The Big Screen Store
The Big Screen Store was founded in 1996 in Annapolis, Maryland. The company operates as a specialty retailer of Samsung televisions and soundbars, with a network of 11 showrooms across the region. The store carries a focused lineup of Samsung models, including the S95H, R85H, and R95H series, which are offered as showroom and site exclusives not available through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon. Each location allows side-by-side comparison using live streaming content rather than canned demos, letting buyers evaluate picture quality on the shows and sports they watch at home. Services include free white-glove delivery and setup on the customer's schedule, as well as lifetime technical support accessible by phone for as long as the purchaser owns the TV. Its price-match policy promises to beat advertised prices from Best Buy, Amazon, and Costco — or the purchase is free — with sales tax instantly absorbed on every Samsung TV and soundbar purchase. The company emphasizes a no-upsell service model: lifetime support carries no annual renewal or tiered fees, and the retailer positions its in-store experience as a quieter, appointment-driven alternative to big-box environments, offering booked floor time so that models of interest are ready for demonstration.
