The shop provides complete steel fabrication, from design and engineering through installation. Its AISC-, ASME- and AWS-certified welders perform MIG, TIG and flux-core welding. CNC plasma cutting runs on a Burn Table and an Inovatech 600 Beamline powered by Hypertherm. An on-site blast and paint booth handles sand, soda and hydro blasting plus epoxy, urethane, irathane and Duromar coatings. The detailing department works in BIM and CAD using Tekla, Advanced Steel and AutoCAD, with senior designers holding over 50 years of combined experience. Field services are delivered through Tekko, Inc., the company's installation arm, whose staff brings more than 100 years of heavy-industrial construction background in mining, power and oil & gas. Utah Fabrication serves municipalities, mining operations, energy producers, transportation agencies, power plants, oil & gas facilities, heavy-industrial sites and marine projects across the western United States and has shipped work internationally.
