About Weld House
Weld House was founded in 2011 by Joel Hester in Phoenix, Arizona. The business began as a garage hobby in 2005 while Hester worked in graphic design and commercial printing, a career that spanned more than 20 years and instilled a discipline for tight tolerances and detail-oriented production. Today the company operates a nearly 30,000-square-foot, climate-controlled manufacturing facility staffed by nearly two dozen employees. It focuses exclusively on commercial custom welding, welded furniture fabrication, and contract furniture manufacturing, producing pieces that ship across the United States nearly every day and have reached customers in Europe, Japan, Australia, and the Middle East. Its client base spans national accounts and international buyers who require scalable production and reliable logistics. Hester credits the company's evolution to clients who pushed the team into new design territory, a dynamic that still drives its most recognizable pieces. The printing heritage translates into a process-oriented approach that emphasizes on-time delivery within narrow windows and consistent quality at scale.
