About Wire Crafters Inc
Wire Crafters Inc. was founded in 1967 in Sparks, Nevada, and has remained a family-owned business under the Diebold family since its inception. The company began by focusing on a single product and developed a wire partition system that transformed the industry. Today, Wire Crafters manufactures woven and welded wire partition systems at its Louisville, Kentucky facility using domestically sourced raw materials. Its product line includes the Style 840 wire partition system, RapidWire™ welded wire partitions, tenant storage lockers, guard rail and handrail systems, and enclosures for machine guarding, robotic work cells, pallet rack backing, vertical lifts, and DEA-approved pharmaceutical storage. The company operates laser cutting equipment, a robotic post welder, and a powder coat finishing line stocked in eight colors, enabling a modular panel system that supports 48-hour shipping on most stock orders. Wire Crafters serves the material handling and automation safety sectors, with installations in warehouses, manufacturing plants, and pharmaceutical facilities. Its partitions are used for tool cribs, secured storage areas, maintenance cages, and physical barriers for robotic work cells. The company emphasizes its family ownership, U.S.-based manufacturing, and the simplicity and strength of its Style 840 system as core differentiators. RapidWire™ was developed specifically for quick ship times and fast installation, reflecting a focus on reducing lead times for customers.
