About Arizona Emergency Products
American Emergency Products is based in Phoenix, Arizona. The company originated in 2009 when seven separate companies merged to form Soncell North America, which serves as the parent organization. The combined entity began operating as a full-service emergency vehicle up-fitter for public safety and government fleets. The company specializes in turnkey up-fitting of emergency vehicles, handling everything from lighting and communication installations to custom graphics, painting, and storage solutions. Its five facilities across the Southwest produce more than 2,500 completed vehicles each year, supporting a range of configurations including command units, K9 transports, prisoner transports, and administrative vehicles. Primary customers include law enforcement agencies, fire and rescue departments, utility providers, and military organizations. The company has supplied vehicles to the United States Forest Service and builds to Ford's Qualified Vehicle Modifier program guidelines. AEP emphasizes its position as the largest emergency vehicle up-fitter in the Southwest, a scale that allows it to offer integrated design, installation, and project management under one roof. The company highlights its willingness to provide custom designs tailored to specific agency requirements.
