About Commercial Cabling Company

Commercial Cabling Company is headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, and was founded in May 2014 as an SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Co-owners Jeff Geiselhofer and Ryan Geiselhofer launched the company after Jeff spent decades executing precision installations on the trading floors of the Chicago Board of Trade, the New York Stock Exchange, and the CME Group — environments where a single failed connection could trigger a financial crisis. Ryan holds majority ownership and drives operations and business development, while Jeff serves as lead technician. The company designs and installs structured cabling, fiber optic networks, and full low-voltage infrastructure for commercial facilities across Arizona, Nevada, and nationwide. Services include Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A copper cabling; fiber optic cabling; wireless access point installation; security camera (CCTV) cabling; sound masking systems; access control and intrusion detection pre-wiring; and MDF/IDF buildouts with rack installation and cable management. Every run is tested with Fluke certification equipment to TIA/EIA-568 and ANSI/TIA-606 standards, documented, and backed by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. A proprietary mobile installation system — a fully equipped, pre-organized tooling and materials platform on wheels — allows smaller elite crews to mobilize at full capacity from the first hour on site. Clients span corporate offices and call centers, data centers, healthcare and medical facilities, educational institutions, manufacturing and industrial plants, and government and municipal buildings. The firm works directly with IT leaders, facilities directors, and construction teams, and its WOSB designation supports government procurement compliance. Notable projects referenced include a 20,000 sq. ft. facility security and access control installation in Gilbert and a 43-desk office cabling setup. The company was built on the premise that most contractors cut corners — pulling cable, labeling a few ports, and moving on — and that the consequences of substandard structured cabling appear slowly, expensively, and at the worst possible time. Jeff’s trading-floor experience established a standard where "close enough is not a category." The ownership model, mobile inventory system, and same-day emergency response capability are all structured to deliver predictable, documented quality without disrupting client operations.
