About E AND J Furniture Manufacturer
E and J Furniture operates from a factory in Carson, Los Angeles County, California, where it has produced upholstered furniture for over two decades. The company manufactures lounge chairs, dining chairs, sofas, banquettes, stools, ottomans, and benches through five internal departments: a frame shop that cuts and joins wood and metal bases, a cut-and-sew and foam department that patterns, cuts, and sews covers over foam meeting California TB 117-2013, a finishing department that applies stains and paints on birch, cherry, maple, oak, walnut, and alder, and a shipping department that consolidates freight to all 50 states and internationally. A library of 162 production silhouettes can be re-scaled, re-specced, and re-covered, or clients may supply their own designs for OEM production. E and J serves brands, retailers, and design houses developing residential and resimercial lines, with clients on both the East and West Coasts. Programs can start at a single piece with no minimum order and scale to large production runs, each quoted individually based on size, construction, materials, quantity, and reorder frequency. The company emphasizes domestic production from frame to freight, positioning itself as a partner that treats every order as an opportunity to build a relationship. Private-label output carries only the client's brand, with no E and J identification on the product or packaging.
