The facility combines full-sheet-metal fabrication — laser cutting, CNC punching, forming, bending, certified welding (MIG, TIG, and robotic), hardware insertion, and in-house automated powder coating — with a machining department that includes horizontal and vertical machining centers and a turning center. This allows customers to consolidate fabrication and machining under a single purchase order, quality system, and point of accountability. The shop handles low-to-high quantity production and provides engineering assistance, design for manufacturability review, first-article inspection, and box-build assembly.
