Texas Metal Works operates from a 40,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility in Conroe, Texas. The company was founded in 2017 by brothers John and Kirk Pozadzides, who started the business after failing to find quality, affordable American-made fabrication tables for their own shop. They built the first tables for themselves, then brought them to market. The company manufactures professional-grade welding tables, modular welding booths, heavy-duty workbenches, plasma cutting tables, DIY welding kits, and the ModPro modular storage system. Production runs on precision laser cutters, CNC press brakes, and robotic welding cells, with in-house powder coating available in over 200 colors. Texas Metal Works offers more than 40 standard table variants in sizes from 30″×30″ to 70″×140″, all cut from ASTM A572-50 structural steel milled in the U.S. It also produces the only readily available stainless-steel fabrication table line in the domestic market. Customers range from hobbyist garages and small fabrication shops to large production facilities, as well as school districts, community colleges, and CTE programs nationwide. The stainless tables serve contamination-sensitive sectors such as food-grade, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and high-purity welding.
