About Gohmann Supply, LLC

Gohmann Supply, LLC is a family-owned business founded in 2009 by Chris and Heather Gohmann in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Chris Gohmann brought seven years of hands-on experience from a central Minnesota meat market, where he worked from kill-floor cleanup to retail sales and all processing steps. He later joined a nationally known manufacturing firm, serving as a service technician, technical trainer, and regional sales consultant for the Southwest U.S., before returning to his passion for meat processing by starting the company. The company supplies food processing equipment and related products, offering both new and pre-owned machinery alongside a range of supplies such as trolleys, gambrels, and rail components. Gohmann Supply represents multiple brands and emphasizes responsive service and technical support, drawing on Chris Gohmann’s field service and training background. The operation runs from a facility in St. Cloud, though specific headcount and facility size are not disclosed. Primary customers are meat and food processors, from small butcher shops to larger processing plants. The company’s mission centers on providing quality equipment and supplies backed by service and support, targeting the meat and food processing sectors. Gohmann Supply differentiates itself through its family-owned structure, direct industry experience, and a commitment to offering better brands at competitive values with responsive support. The availability of pre-owned equipment at quality prices is also highlighted as a key value proposition.
