The Kleitsches had worked in their father’s injection molding and tooling shop since the late 1970s, learning tool building and supplier relationships. After their father sold the business, the brothers launched their own family-owned company, naming it ICON after becoming the first custom molder in Arizona to run electric‑hybrid molding machines. Their motto, “Excellence from Art to Part,” was coined early by Danny Kleitsch and still guides the business. The company provides custom plastic injection molding solutions, including tooling, machining, assembly, and secondary operations. Its facility houses 42 presses ranging from 15 to 720 tons, with capacity for further growth. Capabilities span automation, clean‑room molding, overmolding, rotary (vertical) molding, and custom packaging.
