About J Custom Supply, Inc.- CamLok Connectors
J Custom Supply, Inc. was founded in 1979 in Zachary, Louisiana, by Jason Fendelson to provide stage lighting and power distribution equipment for the touring production Holiday on Ice. The company relocated to Baton Rouge in 2005 when Fendelson retired and Charles "Gil" Gilliam assumed ownership. The company stocks and supplies a broad range of cam-style connectors, including Crouse-Hinds Cam-Lok and Marinco CAM Technology lines, along with generator connection boxes, test clamps, and front-of-house power panels. It maintains one of the largest inventories of cam connectors in the southeastern United States, with most items available for immediate shipment. J Custom Supply serves the theater, entertainment, and emergency portable power sectors. Its customer base spans local bands and venues to major convention centers and generator rental firms across nearly every U.S. state and Puerto Rico, with international clients in Canada, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, India, Singapore, and the Bahamas. Notable accounts include Boeing, Feld Entertainment, Caterpillar, BAE Systems, and Mercedes-Benz. The business was created to meet the specialized power distribution demands of touring ice shows and has since expanded its inventory depth and geographic reach to support a wide range of live-event and temporary-power applications.
