About Logo Company Apparel & Promotional Products of Central Virginia

Logo Company Apparel operates from Richmond, Virginia. The business traces its roots to 1982 when Schmid Embroidery was founded as a family-run shop. In September 2008, father-and-son partners Jerry and Tom Assessor acquired Schmid Embroidery, continuing its locally owned tradition. The company remains family-owned and operated today. The shop provides screen printing, embroidery, and promotional product sourcing from its facility on Deep Rock Road. A team of at least five — including a lead screen-print press operator and a lead embroidery machine operator — handles decoration and fulfillment. The company also offers artwork digitizing, digital proofing, and delivery or pickup options. Customers range from businesses, fundraisers, churches, sports teams, and schools to universities such as William & Mary, University of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Old Dominion University. The firm holds IMG Collegiate Licensing and Affinity Greek Licensing agreements, allowing it to produce officially licensed merchandise for collegiate and Greek-life markets. Logo Company Apparel emphasizes a consultative approach, asking clients about their messaging, audience, and event type before recommending products.
