About Mark Downs Office Furniture
The company maintains a 10,000-square-foot showroom on Gleneagles Court that displays one of the largest office furniture selections in the state. The business sells new, remanufactured, and used office furniture across categories including cubicles, desks, seating, filing and storage, tables, and accessories. It partners with multiple manufacturers — among them Steelcase and N9NE Furniture Group — to stock a range of price points. In addition to product sales, Mark Downs provides complimentary space planning and design services, using 3D rendering software to develop floor plans and furniture recommendations for projects of any size. Customers span corporate offices, call centers, healthcare practices, and home offices throughout the Baltimore–Washington corridor. Reviews cite engagements ranging from a 25-year call-center buyer outfitting a large center to a small therapy suite needing only a few pieces. The company also serves residential buyers seeking single items such as ergonomic chairs. Mark Downs positions its value on decades of product knowledge and a consultative approach: the team evaluates each environment, develops layouts, and assembles furniture before delivery. The model combines a physical showroom experience with design expertise that the company says removes the guesswork from fitting workstations into a given footprint.
