About Re-form Office Furniture Reseller & Storage
Re-form was founded in 1986 in Beltsville, Maryland, after recognizing that businesses struggled to manage increasingly complex office furniture systems and often discarded usable assets. The company began by refurbishing furniture for large corporations and reselling high-quality used systems to smaller organizations across the Mid-Atlantic region, including Aberdeen, Baltimore, Columbia, and Washington, DC. Today Re-form operates a 50,000-square-foot warehouse and production facility in Baltimore where nearly 50 skilled upholsterers, painters, woodworkers, warehouse technicians, installers, designers, and project managers handle warehousing, inventory management, furniture delivery and installation, office decommissioning, space planning, and furniture refurbishment. The facility supports remanufacturing of Herman Miller, Haworth, and Steelcase systems furniture, along with paint refinishing, seating reupholstery, and laminate fabrication. An online inventory portal gives clients remote access to stored assets and allows them to request delivery or installation. The company serves enterprise-sized corporations, government agencies, and other organizations undergoing relocation, renovation, consolidation, or new-space openings throughout the Mid-Atlantic. It also taps a national installation network for out-of-state projects. Clients rely on Re-form for coordinated workplace transitions that encompass asset tracking, responsible reuse and recycling, and phased deployment. Re-form positions itself as a single-source partner for workplace logistics, emphasizing practical, flexible solutions that reduce waste, control costs, and extend the useful life of existing furniture. Its combined services—warehousing, asset management, installation, decommissioning, and design—are intended to keep organizations organized and adaptable as workplace needs change.
