Today OMP operates an 84,000-square-foot facility in Oneida housing 36 injection molding presses ranging from 35 to 700 tons. The company provides end-to-end plastic manufacturing services, including design for manufacturability, tool and mold making, injection molding, quality assurance, painting, hydrographics and decorating, assembly, packaging, and vendor-managed inventory. Its on-site toolroom supports tool design, building, and repair. OMP serves original equipment manufacturers in the outdoor recreational products market, including firearms components, hunting and camping accessories, archery, and fishing gear. It also supplies the U.S. military and Department of Defense. Historically, the company produced components for consumer electronics brands such as General Electric and General Instrument.
