About RW Collective
Carey, a former law enforcement officer with 25 years of experience, also owns Atelier Home, while Osborn brings global manufacturing expertise as owner of Beyond Borders Furniture Co. Their combined backgrounds in operations and design shaped the company into a trade-focused platform connecting people, product, and purpose. The company manufactures custom upholstery and pillows in the United States, offering more than 300 fabric options with standard lead times of four to six weeks. It also produces handcrafted hardwood furniture and curates a portfolio of complementary brands. Operations include a domestic plant overseen by a plant manager, a distribution center, and an Asia-Pacific supply chain managed by a dedicated team. Showrooms in major markets, notably High Point, North Carolina, provide year-round access for trade partners. RW Collective sells exclusively to the trade, serving retailers, interior designers, and industry professionals through a wholesale program that features tiered pricing, flexible ordering, and dedicated support including swatch services and inventory updates. The founders emphasize that their contrast—operational discipline paired with creative vision—drives a system that delivers battle-tested quality and value. The company states that its offerings are vetted in real-world retail and design settings, ensuring reliability for partners who depend on consistent execution.
