About Solartime USA
The business is run by Pawel Mierzwa, who oversees production, alongside his father, a business partner, giving the firm a family-run character. From its start, the company has focused on the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, offering custom solar and battery solutions to homeowners and businesses. The company provides turnkey solar photovoltaic installation, Level 2 EV charger installation, battery backup systems, routine maintenance (inspections, cleaning, troubleshooting), and detach-and-reset services for roof replacements. It also handles all permitting and utility interconnection paperwork. With more than 3,200 completed projects and 17 years in the market, Solartime operates across the DFW area, typically installing systems in one to three days once permits are cleared—a process that can take two weeks to four months. Customers range from single-family homeowners seeking energy independence to commercial property owners and multifamily housing managers. Solartime distinguishes itself with a production guarantee that refunds the difference if a system underperforms its projected output, a 25-year panel warranty, and 24/7 monitoring via a dedicated mobile app. The company emphasizes budget-friendly pricing combined with available incentives, and its focus on customer satisfaction from consultation through long-term service.
