About Vanguard Manufacturing Inc.
Vanguard Manufacturing operates from a 101,100-square-foot facility on nine acres in New Ipswich, New Hampshire. The company became part of the Lyn-Lad Group in 1970 when Lynn Ladder founder Bernard "Bernie" Kline acquired it, and it remains family owned and operated today. The company manufactures a full line of steel frame scaffolding, fixed steel access ladders, steel roof ladders, a proprietary chimney bracket scaffold, aluminum planks and stages, and rugged truck and van racks. Since the late 1970s it has applied an electrostatic powder coat finish that became an industry standard for durability. In addition to manufacturing, Vanguard runs an extensive rental division that supplies frame scaffold, planks, and Hydro Mobile mast climbers to job sites across the country. Custom fabrication is offered with short lead times because production is kept in house.
