About Waxoyl USA
Waxoyl USA operates from Westford, Vermont, where it was founded in 1971. The company specializes in corrosion protection solutions for transportation, machinery, and structures, drawing on more than five decades of experience in the field. The product line centers on three main coatings: Hardwax, a tough, flexible wax-based barrier for underbody protection; Professional 120-4, a cavity fogging treatment that penetrates seams and displaces moisture; and Hardwax21, formulated for maximum abrasion resistance in extreme environments. All products are supplied in kegs, tins, and aerosol cans alongside a range of professional application tools designed to reach cavities without drilling. The coatings are used by original equipment manufacturers across automotive, commercial vehicle, and rail sectors, including car, bus, and truck makers, vehicle importers, pre-delivery inspection centers, train builders, and heavy earth-moving equipment producers. Specialists worldwide apply the system to protect bridges, fleet vehicles, and industrial structures. Waxoyl emphasizes that a single application of 120-4 can protect for the life of a vehicle, with active protection spanning -40°F to 300°F. The coatings are safe on paint, rubber, and electrical components, and they stop existing surface rust while lubricating moving parts such as window tracks. Touch-ups are needed only where the coating has been physically abraded.
