About Witmer Furniture
Witmer Furniture has been building solid wood furniture in Abbotsford, Wisconsin since 1981. The company was purchased in December 2021 by Wisconsin River Partners Investment Group, bringing additional investment and a renewed dedication to expand its American-made manufacturing. The company produces bedroom, home office, occasional table, and commercial furniture collections, along with custom pieces, all made to order in a state-of-the-art facility. Production relies on bench-building techniques, saw-optimizing technology, and CNC machining centers, with every component cut and assembled per order rather than held in stock. Witmer’s products reach consumers through more than 100 retail furniture outlets across the United States, and the company also supplies commercial projects for assisted living centers, libraries, and other institutional settings. Each piece receives a multi-step catalyzed lacquer finish resistant to scratching, moisture, and UV light, and carries a lifetime warranty on dovetail drawers, glides, tops, and faces.
