In 2005 the company relocated to a 110,000‑square‑foot facility that expanded converting capacity and added warehousing for raw materials and customer inventory. The company manufactures and converts high‑barrier flexible packaging, specializing in multi‑layer co‑extruded films (3, 5, 7, and 9 layers) produced via blown, cast, and water‑quenched processes. It operates 12 film lines with a combined capacity of 264,000 pounds per day, 16 rotogravure printing presses capable of 12‑color printing at 300 DPI, 40 custom pouch machines (2‑ to 30‑inch widths), and 15 laminators (11 dry, 4 extrusion). Additional capabilities include in‑line and off‑line embossing, adhesive and tandem extrusion lamination, and an on‑site cylinder engraving center with eight engravers, one laser unit producing up to 80 cylinders daily. WorldPak serves food and beverage, meat, poultry, dairy, and seafood vacuum packaging, salty snacks, confectionery, convenience foods, specialty foods, pet food and treats, medical and pharmaceutical packaging, and retort applications.
