About Element Furniture (formerly Rustic Elements Furniture)
Element Furniture, formerly known as Rustic Elements Furniture, operates from Joliet, Illinois, in the Chicagoland region. The company maintains a showroom where customers can view handmade hardwood pieces, and it ships custom designs nationwide. The workshop produces custom solid-wood furniture using species such as ash, hickory, maple, oak, and walnut, with no veneers or particle board. Each piece is built to order — dining tables, desks, chairs, hutches, coffee tables, commercial tables, office furniture, and bedroom sets — and can be configured through the company's Digital Crafter 3D design tool. Lead times typically run 8 to 12 weeks, with custom tables averaging 14 weeks from order to delivery. The product lineup spans categories from round dining tables to metal-base workstations, all built in the company's Chicago-area facility. Element Furniture emphasizes domestic production, sourcing lumber through local supply chains and employing Chicago-area craftsmen. It backs its work with a structural warranty, offers white-glove delivery for placement, and promotes an eco-friendly, sustainable approach that avoids shortcuts in materials or construction.
