Today HB Molding operates 37 injection molding presses ranging from 120 to 500 tons with shot capacities of 4 to 60 ounces. The plant runs five days a week, 24 hours a day, with weekend availability for demand spikes. Beyond molding, the shop provides ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, pad printing, assembly, tool building, and in-house 3D scanning. The operation is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The molder serves as both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to a range of industries, with a documented relationship with GE Appliance, which recognized HB Molding with a 2017 Supplier Quality Performance Award and a 2018 Silent Warrior award.
